Jewelry Maintenance

To keep jewelry shiny and like new, certain precautions are necessary. When not worn, we recommend storing them in an air tight container or in zip lock bags, protected from air and direct light.

Apply all beauty products, such as perfume, hairspray or deodorant, before putting on your jewelry. Jewelry should be removed prior to swimming or doing household chores, which involve the use of abrasive cleaners or chemicals.

SILVER

Silver should be cleaned with a soft brush and soapy water (or toothpaste.) to keep its shine. Ammonia, javex water, iodine, abrasive products, mercury, solvents, and thinners should never be used as they will harm silver.

STONES

Although stones are different, its maintenance is identical to that of silver. Contact with perfumes should be avoided as they may discolor your stones.

Ideally, each piece of jewelry should be kept in a separate case to protect stones from scratches.
